DESCRIPTION:

It’s not uncommon for either the CARTEL or TRIAD to lose a valuable constituent suddenly and violently.

It has been ascertained that a collaborator of significant value to both parties is now at risk, and has endured increasingly frequent attempts on his life as of the past few months.

The risk is not too great, but it’s starting to interfere with his work. Seeing as this constituent has had a ‘friendly’ working relationship with both syndicates for nearly a decade, it is out of the goodwill (and best interests) of both parties to invest in his protection until the threat has been neutralized.

Shadow him in his daily life.

Your instructions are simple:

1. Do not leave his side.

2. Do as he tells you. Always.

3. Don’t be stupid.

🖥️ Day 1

The Players meet the Constituent, and follow him during his daily life.

The Players meet Mr. Yukito “Cade” Kinoshita, a 36 years old salaryman.
They escort him to work and observe a day at the office. Personality quizzes ensue.
The Constituent takes the Players out to eat at a Chinese restaurant, where they partake in a spicy food challenge.
The Constituent is taken home for the day.In the extra content, the Constituent is revealed to be a contract killer for hire.

💐 Day 2

The Players go on a ‘special job’ with the Constituent.

The Constituent takes the Players to work - this time, as an assassin.
The Players and the Constituent drive to N. Cantilados Pacific Freight to set up.
The Players go into hiding to spot the Constituent.The Constituent’s Target arrives with unannounced backup.
The Players are pushed to help the Constituent take down the three enemies. A battle ensues, where some of the Players obtain guns and shoot at the enemies.
The Target is killed by the Constituent. One of the guards is left battered but in stable condition. The other guard sustained enough bullet wounds to be in critical condition.
The Constituent gives Zachary Wixom the chance to try to save the guard’s life with the first-aid supplies in his briefcase, despite the other Players expressing concern over the safety of this action. Regardless, it’s likely that the guard had died.
The Constituent puts the dead Target into his car and takes the Players far out to an undisclosed forest by Cantilados. The Constituent conducts a ‘burial’ for the Target, including laying him to rest under a tree and picking wildflowers to leave on his body. He doesn’t actually bury the Target underground.
With the task completed, the Constituent is escorted safely back home.

💼 Day 3

At the behest of the Constituent, the Players go to a carnival.

The Players and the Constituent spend an uneventful morning together at the grocery store. The Constituent stops by the gachapon machines to buy souvenir toys for his Players. Frankie rejects the gift, so the Constituent keeps it.
In the afternoon/evening, the Constituent and Players go to a Thanksgiving carnival near downtown.
The group plays various carnival games like fish scooping and a strength test. All the while, the Players attempt to keep an eye out for their surroundings, and find that there may be people up on the rooftops of nearby buildings preparing to snipe at the Constituent.
The Constituent is adamant about going to ride the Ferris wheel. The Players try to convince him otherwise by suggesting the gift shop. Eventually, the Players get the Constituent to confess that he intends to use himself as bait to draw out the sniper first, after which he can kill them.Despite the Players’ apprehension, they put their trust in the Constituent and formulate a plan to support his idea.
Almond, Arthur, Zachary and the Constituent get on the Ferris Wheel to get a vantage point at the top. Hotaru and Frankie survey the ground level beneath.At the top of the Ferris Wheel, fireworks begin to explode. The fireworks obscure the sound of the first bullet that hits the Constituent’s cart when the sniper finally fires off.
The gunshot causes the Ferris Wheel’s safety to lock, freezing the Players up in the air.
The Constituent breaks the door open of his cart, and climbs onto the roof with Almond. The Constituent begins to jump across the carts to get to the ground.
The Players are forced to climb down the Ferris wheel to pursue the Constituent, all the while racing against the clock before the sniper flees from their origin point. Hotaru is ordered by Frankie to chase the sniper, forcing her to endure the risk of getting shot alone.
All the players make it to the ground level without experiencing great injury, but Hotaru is shot before the final turn in the shoulder.
With the Constituent safely on the ground level, he begins to run towards the sniper’s origin point. The group catches up with Hotaru.
The Constituent successfully spots the sniper and chases them down. The sniper is killed, successfully clearing the Players’ objective.
